We guarantee authenticity for all items in our shop. This includes vintage brand-name items (Tiffany, Givenchy, etc.) and all items made of  gold and silver. Listing details include materials and will specify if an item is made of sterling silver, or karat gold. We test all vintage gold and silver to ensure metal content. If an item has a quality mark (925, 10K, 14K, etc.), we will show a picture of that mark, if possible. 

Handmade jewelry: All our pieces are made in our shop in Spokane, Washington 

Vintage items: We are not always able to provide provenance information for vintage pieces, but we do our vest to provide accurate details about product origins whenever possible. 

Our sterling silver and gold-filled findings are sourced from reputable manufacturers in the US, China and Israel. 

We are an online only store and do not have a physical location. If you would like more information about any item, please contact us. We are happy to answer questions and provide additional photos, as needed.

We clean most jewelry items, either by hand or using a sonic cleaner. This ensures the items are ready for wear when you receive them. Some pieces are too delicate to clean (some costume jewelry and collectibles).

As our inventory is mostly vintage and antique items, some pieces have developed a natural patina. For items where buyers typically prefer the original patina intact, we will offer the item for sale in its aged condition. We are happy to remove the patina upon request.

Non-jewelry items are typically not cleaned, other than to wipe off surface dust. Some items may arrive with a slight odor, typically of collectibles and antiques. Everything ships from a smoke-free home.

Resizing takes from 3-7 business days, depending on the time of year. Note that resized rings are not eligible for return. Reducing a ring in size is $50-65. Increasing in size is $65-150, depending on the type of gold and the width and thickness of the ring. Contact us prior to purchasing to discuss your options. You can also check with your local jeweler.

Most necklace chains can be swapped for a different size, style or material for little or no cost. We are happy to add jump rings to jewelry, shorten bracelets, remove parts, or make other requested adjustments that do not require soldering or producing new parts.

Shipping, Insurance & Packaging

Most orders ship within 24 hours, six days a week (Mon-Sat). Handmade and custom orders may take up to 3 days to ship. 

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 day delivery) on all orders under $200. Orders over $35 ship free. Orders over $200 receive a free USPS Priority Mail upgrade (1-3 day delivery). USPS Express shipping upgrades (1-2 day delivery) are available for purchase.

Yes! We ship first-class international for orders under $400, and priority mail international for orders over $400. Orders over $250 will include insurance

We ship all our items via US Mail. Due to the risk of loss in some countries, we are not responsible for items lost after the shipment is confirmed as in transit. We have shipped hundreds of items internationally, and lost shipments are rare.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the purchased item is eligible for import and for any import or excise fees.

US orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express are automatically insured for $100 by the post office. Contact us to purchase additional insurance.

Orders over $250 will shipped with insurance for the value of the order at our cost.

Every order is carefully packaged to protect your purchase during shipping. Most items ship in a bubble mailer with an additional protective cushion if needed. Gold and silver rings are generally shipped in a ring box. High-dollar items will ship in an appropriate box. All other jewelry is typically placed in a colorful, reusable drawstring bag, which is wonderful for gift-giving. Let us know if you prefer a specific color.

US Shipments:  All shipments are sent via trackable methods. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update on the USPS website on domestic orders.

International Shipments: Order tracking may take 1-3 days to update. Tracking and delivery confirmation services vary by destination country.

Due to the risk of fraud, we are not able to change the shipping address on orders after they are placed. If you entered the wrong address and your order has not yet shipped, contact us for options. We can cancel unshipped orders so you can place a new order with the correct shipping information.

Sending a gift? We are happy to offer custom packaging upon request including:

– Gift Wrapping (select at checkout)

All vintage jewelry comes in a decorative bag, or item-appropriate box. Let us know if you need a box that can be wrapped.

We offer several types of gift wrap for a small fee. Let us know if you need a specific color or something special.

Returns & Exchanges

Vintage items may be returned with prior authorization. Contact us within three days of receiving your order and ship the item back within 7 days.

Some items are not eligible for return. These include handmade items (which are all custom made to order), resized rings, and any item that has been customized prior to shipping.  Please contact us at if you have an issue with one of these items. 

We submit refunds the day we receive your return. Refunded amounts will take anywhere between 5-10 business days to appear back on your statement.

For items eligible for return, contact us for a return authorization within 3 days of receiving your order. Return the item via a trackable shipping method of your choice (USPS, FedEd, UPS) within 7 days of the day you received your order. We recommend USPS for the lowest cost. Items returned in the same condition they were sent out will be refunded in full. Damaged items, handmade jewelry (which is made to order), and items received without prior return authorization will not be refunded.


We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and many other forms of payment. 

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:

Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your credit card issuer – they might have flagged it as a potential fraudulent transaction. In these instances, you will need to verify you the purchase with the card issuer.

Order questions

We are happy to cancel any order prior to shipment. Contact us at to cancel an unshipped order. 

A tracking number will be available after checkout. You can view the tracking information using this number on the website.

Only one coupon code can be used per order. Coupons cannot be applied on top of sale prices. However, if the coupon is for a greater discount than the sale price, applying the coupon at checkout will replace the sale price with the greater discount. For example, if a $100 item is on sale for 15% off, but you have a 20% off coupon code, you will pay $80 at checkout instead of $85.

All items are inspected just prior to shipping to ensure they are in good condition and hand-packaged with care to prevent breakage. We never ship an item with any damage unless that damage is specifically called out in the listing details.

Report broken items to your shipper. The shipper will require photographs of the exterior of the package to process an insurance claim so be sure to keep the packaging. 

Due to the delicate nature of vintage pieces, items that arrive intact but are damaged after you receive them are not eligible for a refund.
